The staff were very friendly and fixed issues quickly, and the place was clean overall, but a few towels weren't clean and I ended up in a smoking room even though I had requested a non‑smoking one.

I couldn't get the TV to work, the towel was dirty, one light was out, and I heard people arguing and swearing outside the window both nights.

There was nothing to say, and the room had a strong smoke smell.
