The staff were friendly and the room was more or less what I expected. The balcony offered an excellent view, and the hotel sits right in the centre of Nagarkot. The bed was comfortable, but the B & B could use an overall renovation.

My one‑night stay at this hotel was fantastic; I wish I could have stayed a few more nights! When I left in the morning, the owner greeted me with a warm smile, we shared coffee, and he gave me better advice than my original plan, which helped me enjoy a beautiful mountain view. The service was friendly and the environment respectful. I had no trouble with language barriers—being from America, I navigated the property with ease. Parking was no problem, and the hotel is close to many restaurants, plus the in‑house cooking is great.

Good location, warm water. The owner is very intrusive, constantly trying to drive you somewhere in his car or drink schnapps together. When we wanted to leave a night early because of bad weather, he was uncooperative. We wanted to pay for the four nights we stayed, cover all commissions, and not pay for the last night since we were checking out, but he wouldn’t allow it. Aside from that, the price‑performance is poor! The rooms are very old and the bath towels smell bad.
