The front desk staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful.

The parking lot was large, which was a plus.

“Stay there often. This was the worst time I’ve had. Room wasn’t that clean and as usual the free coffee was lukewarm”

Location. I’ve stayed there many times. The coffee is always lukewarm never hot in the morning. The quilt on the bed had cigarette burns

“Very clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I enjoyed my stay there.”

Everything was clean, convenient, very friendly and courteous, and there were no problems at all.

“It was awful.”

There was no breakfast, and noise from upstairs woke me up and kept me up for hours; it sounded like moving furniture or throwing heavy objects, and a scream at one point made me call the office, who said she would check it out but I’m not sure if she did; about ten minutes later a door slammed hard, and then it happened again about half an hour later. I was exhausted in the morning and had another three hours to get home, so I bought a de caf coffee—something I rarely do—to stay awake. I will never stay there again. The woman who checked me in was a bit rude at first, but the lady who answered the phone was pleasant.
