Everything was excellent, and there was nothing to mention as a downside.

The rooms were spacious, offering plenty of privacy, and the 24‑hour security made accessing the property hassle‑free. However, there was noise in the area, as if a wedding venue were nearby, and on Saturday there was a loud kids’ matric dance function inside the property. The room also lacked a TV, even though a TV was listed as part of the facilities when I booked.
