The location, cleanliness, and outdoor area are all good, and the staff are courteous. However, the room was not sound‑proof, and you could hear other guests passing in the hallway.

Breakfast was excellent! The location is perfect, just 3 km from the A14 Pescara nord exit, close to Città San Angelo and only 5 minutes from the sea. In Montesilvano there's also a Space cinema.

The staff were very friendly, the setting was lovely, and the room was clean. However, the noise was a catastrophe – there was zero soundproofing. The hotel rents out a room for private parties with loud music, making it impossible to sleep for the two nights I booked. I wish I had known this before booking. In short, I didn’t sleep at all, and it really ruined the stay.
