The bathroom was filthy and the toilet was broken. The AC shut off abruptly in the middle of the night, and turning on the geyser caused the AC to fail; both controls are outside the room. The staff were unhelpful and even asked for a tip. The hotel was cluttered with hot beverage bottles and cigarette boxes, making it unsuitable for families.
