The room was very large and spacious, and the hotel is located directly next to a big mall, but the windows could use a good cleaning.

I’m disappointed that you didn’t inform me that the government prohibits foreigners from accessing the internet; I couldn’t make calls or check my mail, and you knew this but stayed silent. A simple heads‑up to buy a Chinese SIM at the airport would have avoided this issue, and I’m not happy about it. I hope you’ll address this in the future. John Vandenbroucke
