“I didn’t feel safe at all, regretted booking it”

Very noisy. Sheets not clean also with a distinct smell. I also didn’t like how the door locks considering there were 3 men sitting in the reception area in a very disturbing and creepy manner as I walked in for my check in which was around 9pm and being a woman alone. I couldn’t even sleep, was just waiting for the morning so that I can continue my drive early morning

The staff were amazing and the rooms had everything we needed; check‑in and check‑out went smoothly. Cleopatra was an absolute angel, and I’d definitely stay again and recommend it to friends and family. The only downside is that they don’t serve breakfast, but otherwise the experience was absolutely amazing.

“The stay was not as good as I thought. The reception lady was very nice”

The front desk lady was very friendly. I reported that the bathroom lights weren’t working, and they promised to fix them when I returned after leaving. An extension cord for the electric blanket blew, nearly electrocution, and the blanket itself was tiny, cold, and looked like prison bedding.

“OK for one night”

The location was practical and easy to find, and the flexible check‑in/out times and friendly host were appreciated. The room smelled like paint, and plumbing noise from other rooms was audible. The ceiling light was very dim, and there was no bedside lamp. The bathroom needed a refresh—not just the paint.
