The hotel was neat and clean, but it was hard to spot from the highway.

Getting in was easy from the interstate, but I didn’t request an ADA room and that’s what I received; the walk‑in shower’s curtain was too short, letting water spill onto the floor and making it very slippery, which is especially dangerous for people with disabilities—this should be fixed quickly, and I already mentioned it to the staff hoping they’ll address it.

“Prima hotel”

Typical Holiday Inn setup: a good bed, a spacious room, and a very good breakfast with a wide selection. The traffic noise from the I‑5 right next to the hotel was a bit annoying, and my room happened to be on that side, but they did provide earplugs, which was a nice touch. The location is also convenient, right on the I‑5 and 7 exits, and close to the train station.

The breakfast was really good, the pool was clean, and the staff were helpful.

“Fun spot for kids/families wanting a pool and decent breakfast”

The amenities were nice and there was plenty of parking. It was very close to the freeway and main road, which made it loud, and the room temperature was hard to control, so the comfort inside the room wasn’t ideal.
