“Great value for money and an enjoyable trip”

I never ate at the hotel, but I've stayed here before and knew what to expect; the staff were lovely and made me feel welcome, though the weather on Thursday could have been better.

“Had a really enjoyable stay. Food was good but choice was a bit limited.”

The staff were really friendly and helpful, but the taps on the jacuzzi were hard to turn on and off.

Nothing positive; both rooms were disgusting—upon arrival we found empty plates and drink glasses outside the door, the room was unclean, the toilet was filthy, and the carpet was covered in bits; the second room’s toilet was also in a disgusting state, so we booked two rooms at the nearby Travelodge, returned the keys, and left.

Nothing special about this hotel, though the staff are friendly; everything was cold, smelled of sewage, felt dated and uncomfortable, and the duvet covers had holes and the pillows were uncomfortable.
