The site is very convenient, with restaurants, shops, taxis, and convenience stores nearby. The only downside was the large number of cats.

This place is tough to review; the very low price makes me rate it higher than I might otherwise. No address or arrival instructions were given. When I got there, the security guy in the green hut at the entrance called the owner on the number I had, and someone came to meet us. I liked the complex and the fact that it had pools, shops for food, and a variety of cafés. The bathrooms were quite worn and could use some TLC, so they didn’t feel very clean, but the toilets and sinks were clean, so overall the place seemed cleaner than it first appeared. Bedding and towels were clean. Showers always had hot water, every room had good air‑conditioning, and the washing machine was a handy bonus. Toilet paper, bottled water, and hand soap were also provided. The only problem was that no information was given up front, even though the owner was quick to reply to messages. Having details about the swimming pool and other amenities beforehand would be great. It seemed you needed a pass, which we asked for but never received; we convinced the gate guard to let us in anyway. One shower head was broken and reported but not fixed. The bathrooms could use some TLC, cleaning and repairing the grout would make a big difference in how the place feels.

If you're looking for a special place to stay, this hotel is a fantastic choice. It’s located just outside the Medina, but literally right across the avenue, so you get the best of both worlds: a peaceful atmosphere with immediate access to everything. The location is excellent, with cafés, shops, and restaurants just steps away—offering great prices and very good service, which makes the stay even more convenient. The place itself is beautiful, featuring charming architecture, spacious interiors, and a very pleasant ambiance. It also has a private terrace, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. It’s important to note that it’s not suitable for guests with limited mobility, as the property has three floors. However, it’s ideal for families or groups of up to 6 people. The space is comfortable, welcoming, and truly enjoyable. I would definitely recommend it for a stay that is quiet, well-located, and full of charm

“Un lieu accueillant pour profiter en famille”

Saad’s welcome, his availability, the security on site, and the riad itself immediately made us want to return for a holiday with the whole family. The only negatives were the independence of each floor (private bathroom and toilet) and the reversible heating.

“Un Riad particolare”

Il Riad è molto bello, ma forse abbiamo sbagliato la stagione. D'estate deve essere un incanto, con i suoi vialetti, rigogliosi di piante. Invece noi siamo stati lì ora, nel periodo di Natale, e abbiamo dovuto risolvere dei problemi che, credo, siano legati sia alla bassa stagione sia al fatto che siamo arrivati di sabato sera. In ogni caso l'host, che è stato molto gentile e disponibilissimo, ha cercato di trovare una soluzione nei tempi che poteva. L'appartamento è molto grande e si trova in un complesso residenziale, chiuso e controllato, è curato e con molti servizi all' interno. È vicino alla Medina, ma non è all'interno di questa. C'è da fare un po' di strada, una mezz'ora circa, a piedi per arrivare nella zona centrale, dove trovare i monumenti più importanti e passeggiare nei suk. Se si vuole cenare in centro, è consigliabile prendere un taxi per tornare al Riad, di notte
