The hotel was excellent.

The room was dark and the work table lacked a lamp for evening use; I asked for one but was unsuccessful.

The room met my expectations, but I was told there were missing chocolates even though I had not consumed any, which was misleading; after returning everything was resolved, yet I felt upset that if I hadn’t been able to clarify, I might have been seen as a bad person.

The location was good, the room was spacious and comfortable, breakfast was varied and of good quality, and the staff were well-trained and helpful; I can’t recall any other issues.
