The restaurant was nice, but the air‑conditioning only offered cool air—no heat, which is a problem in São Paulo’s cold weather.

Overall it was very good, but I didn’t understand the difference between booking the hotel and the apartment; I ended up reserving the apartment, which cost more because I had to pay for breakfast separately.
