The property offered excellent value for money in a central spot; the staff were warm and the breakfast was plentiful and varied, with care for the gluten‑free guest; I also appreciated having a safe place for our bikes.

The hotel’s proximity to the sea was a big plus, but the cigarette smell in the upper corridor floors really bothered me; it wasn’t noticeable in the rooms.

The place had a solid sea view, though it felt dated, it stayed clean. The only downside was the bathrooms, which I think could use a refresh. Breakfast was generous even though we were almost off‑season, and the staff were kind and helpful. Overall, given the price, I’d come back.
