Hotel Ocho

The front desk and the restaurant/bar staff were very friendly and helpful. The shower and room ventilation were good. The place had a historic feel and was close to Chinatown with many dining options nearby. However, the blinds in my room didn’t work properly, the desk felt a bit wobbly and needed repair, and I couldn’t extend my stay past checkout even if I paid extra because the hotel doesn’t offer that option.

The staff was communicative. The bed was large and comfortable, and the nights were quiet enough to sleep. The view from the window wasn’t pleasant, and I had to endure a lot of noise from the opposite building’s room.

“Excellent hotel in downtown Toronto”

Everything was great – a very comfortable bed, a fantastic bathroom, spacious and very clean. The location is excellent with easy public transport. The staff is wonderful, friendly and helpful. Mirei, Michelle and Ben were great.

The location is perfect, right in Chinatown, ideal for exploring Toronto. The staff is super friendly, always ready to help and give many tips. The restaurant inside the hotel is especially recommended!
