The layout is really nice with gardens and pool areas, the beds are very comfortable and there’s plenty of space; we stayed in room 319 which had a great view. The ice‑cream parlour feels misplaced or poorly designed – I’d prefer more open seating on the beach to enjoy the amazing Fiji sunsets, as it currently isn’t very inviting for couples.

The resort offers plenty of amenities, a large water park, and a welcoming staff, yet the rooms lack privacy—on several occasions someone opened our door without permission, luckily the latch held, and the magnetic key system has its shortcomings.

A solid spot for families, especially when bringing kids along, but the dining options feel pricey for a place that seems to cater mainly to a captive crowd.

Room size Front line staff in bar & restaurants House keeping services. Check in and check out very frustrating No education on raddison rewards- this was disappointing as on last day was asked when buying coffee r you a rewards member? I was eligible for discount. I had visited all restaurants during stay and not asked once, they then had to retrospectively apply this discount to those purchases. Confused explanation of billing No friendly welcome back- this was our 2nd visit We did get good service once I went back to front desk during the stay by Vesi who tried to recover my experience. Read on room info sheet that account once reached $1000 would recieve statement in room, this did not happen at all. Tour desk- booked an experience with south seas. Ride & slide. Arrived at port on day of activity to be told we had to pay extra fuel tax, this was not explained at Rosie's tour desk or on any brochures

Everything about the hotel is amazing, and there were no complaints at all.
