“Very good for a big group or 2-3 families. The place is clean but have an issue with the shower door”

The room was spacious and clean, but the bathroom and location left something to be desired.

“Returning Guest, but Disappointed This Time”

We chose Affordable Baguio again because we’ve always had good experiences, but this third visit was disappointing: a mix‑up at check‑in left another group in our unit and delayed us for about an hour, the unit wasn’t as clean as we’d expect—roaches appeared in the kitchen and bathroom, the listed washer was broken when we needed it, and there were leaks in the master’s bathroom (both shower and sink). Still, the location is great and we’ve had positive stays before, so we hope these issues are fixed in the future.

“Very good value for money but noisy”

The apartment was very large—we only used the lower part—well furnished, and the kitchen had everything needed for cooking; mini‑marts and small eateries were nearby. However, the location is in a densely populated area with village‑life noises like roosters, barking dogs, and steep shortcut walkways, so bring earplugs. The bedroom wall and the common passage to other rooms are made of glass, so noisy guests and the light‑sensitive passage lights can be quite disruptive at times.
