NAGI Hiroshima Hotel and Lounge

We had a wonderful stay at NAGI Hiroshima. The room was stylish and spacious enough to spread out our luggage comfortably. Everything was incredibly clean, from the bedding to the bathroom, and the atmosphere was very quiet. The bed was so comfortable, and the pillows were just right. We also loved the location; it is only a five-minute walk from Hiroshima Station, with plenty of restaurants and convenience stores nearby. The amenities were extensive and the Wi-Fi worked perfectly. My only small suggestion would be to provide mugs with handles for tea or coffee. Highly recommended for the great value

“Crap”

Location. This was a weird place. Main problem was the pricing one day it’s $110 USD the next $400 USD so you have to be very careful booking. I think it’s dishonest and intended to make you book at a price you didn’t know. If it was $100-150USD it would be ok. The staff don’t seem happy I think management or owners have a bad culture. They make the employees sit on this tiny little desk with 2 small chairs they look like they were made for hobbits it’s just weird and shows how they treat their staff. They have these weird coffee bags and the towels are crap and they don’t bring new ones or clean the room. Out in the lobby there’s hundreds of toothbrushes and Kimonos but no spoons or towels so I had to stir the stupid coffee bags in a tiny cup with a toothbrush. Inside the room the air conditioner is noisy and useless and placed above the bed. Then there’s this massive platform big enough for a rock band but useless for anything else which takes up most of the room and you keep stubbing your toe on it but can’t use it. It was expensive $600 USD for 2 nights I could have done allot better for the price

The place was clean, comfortable, and the staff were attentive—perfect, just a step from Hiroshima station and a tram stop. I can't think of any negatives.
