I stayed at a newly opened, impeccably maintained property that impressed me with its spotless facilities, well‑kept amenities, and comfortable beds. The room temperature was just right for a good night’s sleep, and checking in was smooth and hassle‑free. The staff—kind, courteous, and welcoming—attended to our requests promptly, enhancing the overall experience. The bathroom stood out as a highlight, being well stocked and thoughtfully designed. All in all, it was a very pleasant stay at a beautiful, well‑managed hotel that I highly recommend for anyone seeking comfort, cleanliness, and excellent service in Incheon. On the downside, the location is quite far from the nearest metro station, so we had to rely on Uber. The neighborhood itself wasn’t particularly great, though that’s not the hotel’s fault. One surprise was that the caution deposit could only be paid in cash; we weren’t prepared with cash, so it would help if the hotel offered a pre‑authorization card option instead and made this requirement clear in the property description.

The hotel’s northern Incheon location feels authentic, surrounded by plenty of restaurants, and is relatively accessible with two metro stations just a 15‑minute walk away. The staff are genuinely nice and helpful, and the room was clean, spacious, and had a comfortable bed. The rooftop, which is only an outdoor smoking area, lacked cleanliness, and the air conditioning was noisy with very little control.
