The only thing I wouldn't change is the very convenient location if you want to do a city tour; I'd say the location is excellent. The most important issue is that there's no elevator, so if you plan to stay more than a day with luggage, taking the stairs can become a problem. The furnishings feel dated and would benefit from a makeover to feel a bit more welcoming.

The staff were extremely kind. The place needs a refresh, but it was clean.

The staff were friendly and the location was good. There was no elevator, so someone should help with luggage down. I'm a 58‑year‑old petite lady, and it was hard for me to do it. Many places offer breakfast, even coffee, milk, bread, and cheese. That would be great to improve the age of the accommodations.

I love this hotel. We were here again last year. In terms of value for money, it's the best. Every morning we wake up to the view of the cathedral; if the kids are tired in the evening we just look from the balcony and listen to the performances in the square. It's close to Caffè del Duomo where we can have divine breakfasts. The staff are kind and helpful. A renovation would definitely be needed, but then the price probably wouldn't be this low.

The staff were very friendly and professional. The location and the fact that there's a 24/7 receptionist makes you feel very safe.
