Before arriving, I received all the check‑in instructions and it was easy to get to and enter the building. Alessandra is unmatched in kindness. I had a minor mishap before the stay and Alessandra sent me messages every day checking on me, since I was traveling solo. The room is excellent, with all amenities working perfectly. Everything was very clean. I stayed in a room with an external bathroom, but that wasn’t a problem for me. The shower is great. The location is excellent—close to the metro station and all kinds of shops: supermarkets, pharmacies, restaurants, cafés. I’m very grateful for the stay and Alessandra’s kindness!

“Soggiorno fantastico accolti con gentilezza e cortesia”

We spent four nights with two adults and a one‑year‑old baby. Alessandra greeted us with courtesy and kindness; you can immediately tell she loves her job and cares about her guests. The location is very convenient, near the center but in a quiet, silent area. The apartment is fully renovated, on the third floor, easily reachable by elevator—especially handy for luggage and a stroller. The rooms are clean, the beds comfortable, and we found a crib in the room as requested during booking. Hygiene products and clean towels were available, and the tech system for room access is very convenient. It was a truly fantastic stay; we thank Alessandra a lot for accommodating all our needs. No complaints.

“Komme wieder!”

I felt very comfortable as a solo traveler; the owner was extremely accommodating even though I wasn't feeling my best, and everything was spotless.

Everything was very clean, the owner was very kind, and I had a comfortable stay. The location is quite far from the station, but it is very close to museums and churches. Having so many keys was a little inconvenient. Although the room was rather small, everything else was great
