“Big " surprise"”

The location was good and easy to reach, rooms were clean. Parking was insufficient; although the rooms were clean, they smelled of tobacco and there was mold in the bathroom. The staff were friendly, but due to the language barrier we couldn’t understand each other; no one spoke English and it was impossible to explain why I had to pay much more than the reservation cost. Even though we’re in Turkey, where coffee is served at every corner, the breakfast coffee was instant, which seemed very odd for a 4‑star hotel. Plaza Hotel Dyarbakir does not have the facilities or comfort of a 4‑star hotel. We visit Turkey 2–3 times a year and nowhere else have we had “surprises” like this. The hotel does not meet the standard for its price, I definitely do not recommend it, and we will not return.

“Good choice considering everything, would choose again”

The staff were kind, helpful, respectful, and the hotel looked presentable; the rooms were spacious, the location was good, and the breakfast was decent. The kitchen shuts down at 22:00, but you can still order food from outside, and the windows on higher floors don’t open fully.

“Ottimo soggiorno a Diyarbakir”

Ottimo albergo vicino al centro. Camere spaziose e molto pulite. La colazione varia e abbondante. Non c'era il parcheggio privato gratuito come riportato nella scheda, ma comunque non è stato un problema parcheggiare nella strada di fronte all'hotel. Il personale è gentile e disponibile, ma come in altre parti della Turchia molti non parlano in Inglese e abbiamo avuto qualche problema di comprensione. Abbiamo risolto con il traduttore online
