We were traveling through to Italy and needed a night’s stay, so we found a wonderful place with a Zugspitze view; the host and her lovely lady welcomed us warmly and gave us an excellent stopover—great again!

The accommodation was very comfortable and clean, perfect for heading to the Alps the next day; it felt more like a bed‑and‑breakfast, and the restaurant next door was good.

The host and the breakfast were good, but we felt the price was high for a somewhat dated apartment; the wooden floors creaked a lot and the street was fairly busy, so bring earplugs.

Two very friendly ladies at the front desk and the bar offered reasonable prices; the outdoor area was nice.
