The staff were super helpful—reception, room service, even the canteen staff. It felt like a true 5‑star place.

“Really enjoyable!!! Great staff and facilities”

Loved the spot—pool right by the beach, staff were friendly and quick to help. The room was spotless and had amazing sea views. We stayed in a panoramic room and everything was perfect.

“The location and staff are great, but the furniture is somewhat dated, the room wasn't ready upon arrival, and there”

The team was solid and the location was convenient, but the room wasn’t clean, there were delays, and the furniture looked worn.
