“Bad”
The place was filthy, especially the bathroom – half‑used bars of soap, the sink and shower hadn’t been wiped in a while, no sheets on the bedding, and dirty tissues on the floor. Other guests shouted all night, notably a man who sounded very aggressive and seemed to be throwing things around the room, while a woman in the same room appeared to be crying. When we reported the issue to reception, there was no staff available for our entire stay; we spoke to a lady through a speaker, but she couldn’t speak English and offered no solution. The hotel is in a very shady area with almost no restaurants and is nowhere near Jeju city centre.
The bathroom was not clean.

I used the ferry from Jeju Marine Terminal and it was convenient because it was close, but the heating was completely absent and I had to rely only on the electric mattress; the room was also poorly cleaned.
