“O apartamento muito bom, porem o condomínio deixa muito a desejar”

The service at the poolside restaurant was terrible; I bought two beers and paid exactly via PIX, but later they demanded I pay again because they claimed the machine hadn’t recorded the transaction. I pulled the receipt twice to confirm the payment amount, yet they kept charging me. Only after I asked for the machine’s sales slip did they calm down. I was called problematic for questioning a purchase I had already paid for.

“As pessoas da recepção são péssimas atendentes. Parecem que trabalham de favor. A camareira foi ótima e gentil”

The beds were surprisingly comfortable and the living room had central air, which made the heat tolerable. Aside from that, a few basics were missing, so it felt a bit incomplete. Overall, a decent spot if you don’t need a lot of extras.

The location is the real selling point – the beach is under a kilometre away, just across the highway, so you can get there on foot if you have a car. The downside is the kitchen appliances look old and could use an upgrade. Still, if you rely on a car, the spot works fine.

We liked the green area and the condo’s close proximity to the beaches, though the pool was dirty in places and the children’s toys were broken, showing a lack of maintenance. Inside, the apartment suffered from water‑stained walls, an AC that stayed off (leaving us with mosquito bites), a rusted fridge, swollen wooden furniture, old TVs, mattresses from 2012, a missing pillow, and a sofa with only one cushion.
