“Poor host”

The apartment is in a great spot and the room itself is spacious. The cleaner, the only staff member we saw during the visit, was very nice and friendly. Breakfast was average. We didn’t receive any instructions on how to access the property beforehand, so we were left waiting outside for half an hour, even after making several calls and sending messages to the phone numbers provided. We only managed to get in when someone – presumably a staff member or a friend/relative of the owner – walked past and sent us a message. The door to the roof terrace was broken for the entire stay, making the wellness facilities and roof terrace inaccessible.

Two cockroaches appeared last night next to the table. We had to wear shoes in the toilet because there are no flip‑flops for guests. Also, the shower water pressure is very low. We want a refund.

The property itself was fine – comfortable and clean, though a bit dimmer lighting would be nice. We could have used more information about parking inside the ZTL area and the restrictions on when you can drive there, as the fines are steep. We had two large cases and needed to get closer to the property to load and unload, and we were okay driving to the property at the wrong time.
