The spa and pool are great, staff are friendly, and a room with a lake view is a must. Breakfast could be a bit better for a hotel like this. Everything else is superb and my recommendation!

The staff were helpful, the breakfast spread was generous, and the wellness area, outdoor pool, and wheelchair access were all great. The room felt a bit worn and could use a fresh coat of paint after the season. The lake view is nice, but you can also see piles of trash from the distance – a common issue in the area – though the scenery is still pretty.

Everything was spotless and clean, the staff were very friendly, the food was excellent, and the guests were very welcoming. 🇲🇰🇲🇰🇲🇰

The pool was great, the spa was also good, and lunch options were fine. Unfortunately, the reception staff were rude and unhelpful, and the hotel feels like a 2‑star place with a big price‑quality gap. The curtains don’t close well against the windows, the rooms aren’t clean, the towels smell, and the service is slow and often wrong with orders.
