“お世話になりましたが、利用は1度きりかと思います。”

The water areas were clean and helpful! If there are more people the price is cheaper. From the moment I entered there was a lot of dust and hair, so it didn’t feel very clean (I cleaned it myself with a broom). It gives the impression of cheap and bad, so it was not very comfortable.

Built‑in parking was handy during the scorching midsummer days, and the nearby supermarket made grocery shopping easy; overall, the location felt great.

“Great place that can easily set up a convenient day of sight seeing.”

A cozy, open‑plan spot that comfortably fits a family of five or six, not huge but decent in size, with a good location a bit away from the main tourist zone; close to a convenience store, supermarket, and Aeon mall, plus a small hot plate for simple meals—though the proximity to the mall and convenience store also means cheap dinner options; two train stations are relatively close, so catching the early‑morning JR train lets you reach Kyoto station and start a loop around the eastern temples, then head back via Arashiyama and catch the west‑side train that stops near Aeon Mall, finishing with dinner on the walk back to the room; we covered a lot in one day. The only suggestion is to add curtains to the window near the toilet, as it lets in a lot of light.

“最高”

Even a family of five can stay comfortably here, and the parking is a plus; however, because it’s on the road, the noise might bother some people.

The staff responded quickly to emails, and during check‑in they kindly recommended nearby eateries, which was very helpful.
