“Esperienza orribile”
I can’t remember anything pleasant about this place or the host. The property had no electricity, so I couldn’t use the microwave or kettle, charge my phone, light the room, or use the bathroom. When we arrived the place was in terrible sanitary condition, all furniture was sticky and dirty, and there was a strong smell of urine. We weren’t given bed linens even though that was specified in the booking (we had to bring our own). The host, despite being warned that a quick fix was needed, offered no help or solution. Even after repeated reminders and mentioning that we had two children, the host stopped responding, leaving us in those awful conditions and unable to find an alternative solution because it was already evening. Also, the alternative bathroom that was supposedly available was actually located in the port facility, more than 500 m away from the boat, a fact that wasn’t mentioned on the listing but would be useful for families with kids. What was supposed to be a new and exciting experience for our children turned into a nightmare, so we left the next day and found another place.
