The hot springs were a highlight of our stay, but unfortunately, the fridge in our room was a bit of a letdown. It hadn't been cleaned and was filled with old food and plastic wrap. To make matters worse, the ceiling dripped with condensation in the mornings, which was a bit of a nuisance.

The tent was massive and had a high ceiling, giving it a spacious feel. However, the toilet was a bit of a trek, which was a minor disappointment.

The front desk was spotless and well-maintained, which was a great first impression. Unfortunately, the view from our cottage was a letdown - the exterior curtains were dirty and didn't let in much natural light. We also had to deal with a messy bathroom in the public bathhouse, which was a bit of a shock. And to top it all off, the cottage's front area was shared with other guests, which made it feel a bit like we were living in a fishbowl. Overall, we were disappointed with our stay.

The lobby was bright and airy, and we loved being able to step right out into the pool area. The pool views were stunning, and the food was delicious both day and night. The public bathhouse was also a highlight, with plenty of amenities to enjoy. However, we did have to trek back to the main building to use the facilities in our glamping dome, which was a bit of a hassle. And the rug in the dome was a bit soggy, which was probably due to the rain.

This resort really knows how to create a fantastic atmosphere - it's the perfect place to unwind. The staff were incredibly helpful and made our stay even more enjoyable. We had a lovely time here and can't wait to come back. Highly recommended!
