“Unsere Erwartungen wurden nicht erfüllt”
The breakfast was decent, with a wide variety that tasted good, and the ladies at the reception were helpful and friendly. However, the hotel, though newly renovated, still feels like a conference hotel, and the staff were not very friendly. The room cleaning left towels thrown on an unmade bed, used glasses were neither cleaned nor replaced, and guests receive candies if they don’t have their room cleaned. The bar stayed open until 22:00, but we were told we couldn’t bring a drink to our room, which felt uncomfortable and impersonal, so we left a day early.
