The hotel is situated on the Lomnica River, 500 metres from the Museum of Sport and Tourism, 150 metres from "Karkonosze Mysteries," and 2.5 km from Western City amusement park. The location, room, cleanliness, and spaciousness were all good. The only issues were the lack of a hair dryer and the absence of coffee and tea.

The breakfast was very good, offering everything you could wish for. The bathroom was uncomfortable and needs a renovation.

Great, hearty breakfasts and a spacious, clean room in an older style, plus a kettle in the room which is a big plus. The parking was a bit far and paid, but finding a spot was hassle‑free. It would help if the description clarified whether a chosen room is in the renovated section or still the older part.

The staff were mostly friendly and the location was great. However, instead of the rooms we booked, two of the three were downgraded; after intervention only one was swapped and the other remained unavailable. All rooms had a strong odor of a mix between perfume spray, toilet, and drain, and the bathroom fans were broken. Towels were basically cleaning rags. Overall, the standard was very, very, very basic, the building is old and needs repairs.
