We had a good stay and the place was close to the Lulu mall, but mosquitoes were everywhere.

The room stayed spotless, and the resort itself felt welcoming and eye‑catching. However, the real facilities didn’t line up with what the website advertised, and the towels, while clean, were stiff. When I booked the next day, the room wasn’t tidied up like it’s usually done at other hotels or resorts. Noise from the early hours kept me from sleeping in the morning, and breakfast didn’t open until 8.30 am, but the staff were still scrambling to set everything up until 9.00 am.
