The building has a nice old‑style charm, and the pool area with fountains and murals is relaxing. The staff were very good and friendly, and the location is central. The toilet bidet fell apart a few times, the room was on the smaller side, the pool was out of order for several days, a noisy water‑pump heater ran at night inside a wall, and some wooden doors made loud noises when opened.

It was a basic hotel for the night before I flew home. The room could use a thorough cleaning, especially the headboard and shower, but I got what I paid for. There were many cats, so I couldn’t leave the internal door open, and the main door’s security is just a padlock.

The location was close to the beach, the staff were friendly, and the room was cleaned daily. The cats were meowing all day and night; they even threw trash cans in the middle of the night and kept meowing.

The location was great, and the older‑style Balinese vibe was very peaceful in the courtyard. My partner didn’t like the older bathroom, but it didn’t bother me.
