The friendly service, the room’s size and furnishings, the breakfast area, and the rooftop terrace are all positives, though the location feels a bit hectic and a bit away from the other luxury hotels, yet it’s still totally central.

The staff were pleasant, yet there was no hair‑dryer, toothpaste or toothbrush at first; after I asked, they eventually brought a dryer and the toothpaste set, which feels quite low for a five‑star hotel, and the pool area offers no lounge space because a bar occupies it.
