“La struttura è accogliente, moderna e ben curata, con ambienti nuovi e una posizione ottima. Lo staff è gentile, disponi”

The building is new and the location is great. The staff is welcoming, kind, and helpful. Unfortunately the Wi‑Fi didn't work and our phone provider had no signal in the building, which made communication difficult while we were there.

The spot is perfect because it's on Piazza Vittoria, and the receptionist is very nice. The room was quite small and not the one we booked according to the photo, it smelled like a sewer and the shower was half broken. The bed was probably one of the most uncomfortable I've ever slept on (the pillow too), and since it was at the entrance of the door, we could hear everyone from other rooms coming in.

The location and the staff’s promptness in fixing issues were great.

“Al met al een prima hotel op een goede locatie.”

Nice rooms! The bed was basically a trampoline.

Cleanliness. We rented several rooms in a tenement that usually houses other people. One room was in a completely different block away from the others and had no reception. As a solo traveler I wouldn't feel comfortable there. Breakfasts were good, but we didn't know they would be served in a nearby café. They are served only sweet items, so keep that in mind if you're staying for a few days. Breakfast is served outside. Inside the café there are no seats. In winter this can be problematic.
