“Awesome except for that one person who was disrespectful”
Breakfast was decent, and Andrew stood out as the best staff member. The tram was a little far, but still acceptable. The kitchen lady, I think her name is Margrate, a black woman with some white hair, was very rude and unprofessional, which felt off for an international business hotel and made me consider leaving.
Everything fit together perfectly! The lunch package, however, was far too pricey and inconvenient—just chocolate bars, no fruit—so I would never book it again. Everything else was great!
Everything was fine, a quiet spot, and the breakfast buffet offers something for everyone. The staff are friendly. I didn’t notice when booking that a youth hostel card of 24 € would be added on top of the listed price, which was not price‑transparent; 24 € on top for two nights is significant. Everywhere else you get a Konus card, but at the hostel that wasn’t offered, which surprised me. No discount for public transport.

Stunningly set in nature by the river, the city center is a 25‑minute drive away. It’s already a pleasure to see so many people enjoying the generous breakfast.
