I never learned my reservation was cancelled until it happened. When I tried to check in at the convenience store, the guy was nasty and rude.

Nothing good to say. I went to check in, but my room wasn’t ready; they claimed I never had a reservation with them.

To be honest, I didn't find much to like about my stay, and there were a lot of issues that detracted from my experience.

I had a terrible experience at this hotel. They denied me check-in and made me book another accommodation, forcing me to sleep elsewhere. The owner claimed I hadn't paid, which was not true, and I had to deal with the hassle of finding a new place to stay.
