Everything and the staff’s attitude were great, but the location was an issue.

The staff were all friendly and very good. The hotel was very clean and luxurious.

The staff were cooperative and friendly, breakfast was varied and plentiful, the rooms had a spacious lounge and reasonable prices. Be careful, because there are two hotels in Bangkok named Intercontinental.
