“Was okay to stay the night since we were out all day but wouldn’t stay here again unfortunately.”

It was in a good area that was close to everything. A few things - It had a funny smell once we got out of the basement and into the first little section to go into our room. There was areas of the room that wasn’t cleaned properly and I love having ext pillows and blankets but unfortunately there wasn’t any and the pillows were way too hard

The spot was spot on, but the building feels a little old‑fashioned and the lounge chair was really uncomfortable.

“Convenient location, but the cleanliness, lack of service and small room made it poor value for money.”

The spot was convenient, but the room felt cramped and didn't justify the price. I found hair in the shower and the overall cleanliness was lacking. The bathroom flooded, so towels stayed wet, and when I requested replacements, I was told to wash them myself in the basement car‑park laundry because fresh towels are only supplied for stays over seven days. There was no room service offered. In short, a let‑down experience.
