The service and facilities were great, but suddenly there was only one girl at reception and people were desperate.

The location, breakfast, room comfort, and overall comfort were all excellent! Nothing to complain about.
The bed was comfortable, the room very pleasant, well‑located with good curtains. The breakfast was very average, repetitive, and low in quality (cold meats, cheeses, etc.). Customer service had plenty of room for improvement; at check‑in they served a reheated coffee and gave no attention while I was registering. The reception of the RUT was delayed, I had to resend it three times. There was a lot of noise in the hallways, which disrupted rest, with children shouting and running from early on.
