I couldn't find anything positive, the staff were rude and it felt like they just wanted my money. The experience was the worst I've ever had.

“Good quiet time”

I would have appreciated more upfront details; there was no room service, so I had to dispose of my own trash and my deposit was taken for two items in the bathroom trash can. If I’d known, I would have also thrown away the small trash. I was told there was trash in my room, but that was false—towels were still there and only a couple of paper pieces were in the bathroom bin. I stayed 7 days and still had no room service. Communication about what I was expected to do versus what the hotel would handle over the week was lacking; I didn’t mind cleaning my own tiles, but the deposit was taken for trash that wasn’t mine.

“It was absolutely awful and the staff made it terrible along with the bug infested room.”

It was cheap and quiet, and the full kitchen was nice. However, there were too many bugs in the room, the pillows were yellowish, the room keys glitch’d and locked us out several times, the power cut out once, and the staff were very rude when they banged on the door and forced themselves in for a “weekly room check” with no privacy, shouting at us. When their systems failed, they couldn’t reload our key cards for the week, so they told us to “keep a window open” to get back in until they fixed their computers—two days later. The general manager called us liars when we asked for a refund for the days we were locked out and had zero access; I didn’t leave my phone or anything inside. I didn’t feel safe, the place smelled off, and I could smell weed outside some nights.

The room was comfortable and complete. Their computer system was down for 2 days, and we had to open the door twice for maintenance.
