I picked this simple motel because it’s right next to the public boat dock, and it does the job for that.
I didn’t expect much after reading the low reviews, but the place was quiet, clean, and the bed was fairly comfortable.
The price was really affordable.
I didn’t have any complaints at all.

It was pretty, good value, and inexpensive.
“Ok”
The bed was comfortable and the room was clean, but the ceiling paint was peeling from water leaks and there was one overly bright light on the wall that shone directly into your face; there was no ceiling light.

Hot water was available, but the carpeted floor smelled damp and the TV couldn't be set to cable; the bathroom was dirty.
“Okay place for 1 or 2 nights.”
The room was spacious, but it could have been cleaner.
I didn't like the bathtub because I almost slipped as soon as I stepped in. I had to grab the shower head and the tub tap to keep from falling. The issue is the rounded corners at the bottom of the tub sidewalls and the relatively narrow flat part of the tub bottom, which makes it very easy to slip when stepping in.
