The location was good, the bed was comfortable, and the shower had strong pressure, yet the carpet was filthy and turned my feet black, the air conditioner didn’t work, the chair was ripped, and the sheets and pillows had stains.

“Overpriced”

The coffee machine worked until it broke; the beds and pillows were uncomfortable, none of the AC units worked, water pressure was terrible, shower heads needed cleaning, and customer service was more attitude than problem‑solving.

The location and price were fine, but the rug was totally gross 🤮.

“Would not stay here again”

The location was okay, but the furniture was old, the bed was not comfortable at all, the carpet was disgusting, and I had to wear sandals because I didn’t want to walk on it.
