Everything was fantastic. Nothing to add.
The location was great and very quiet.
The area was quiet and peaceful, the room was clean and comfortable, the garden was beautiful, nearby there was a shop, a pizzeria and a playground, and the balcony offered a great view of the mountains. Everything else was fine.

We returned to the property after four months; the first time we gave it a perfect score, but this visit can’t earn that any more. The location is still good, yet the service fell short this time. There were no towels provided and we weren’t warned that anything had changed since our last stay—we had left towels at home assuming they would be there as before. After coming back from the trail at 19:00 we were told towels could be delivered for an extra charge at 22:00, so we dried ourselves with shirts in the 36‑degree heat because we didn’t want to wait. No pre‑arrival message mentioned this, and the amenities list didn’t say towels were unavailable. The owner texted that because towels aren’t listed, we should assume they’re not supplied, or read other guests’ reviews. That lack of professionalism was shocking; I’ve used the booking site for years and never seen this. The amenities also omitted a microwave and stove, yet they were in the room, leaving us to guess what’s included. The manager insisted we couldn’t get towels in May because of Covid restrictions, which didn’t make sense, and we ended up using shirts anyway. Towels finally arrived, but we didn’t use them because we only had one night left and already had shirts. A pity, because the place is nice.
