The location is central, the staff were very helpful, and there’s free parking at Pont Romà with a luggage drop‑off nearby. Everything was great.

“Overall acceptable, but they need to work on the breakfast quality”

It’s situated in the best part of town, right in a pedestrian zone yet still central. The staff were generally friendly and helpful with any questions, and there was a bike storage area. However, the hotel didn’t quite live up to our expectations. The room looked nice but had a slight odor, and the air conditioning was loud at night while hallway noise was also distracting. Overall it was acceptable but could improve. The biggest drawback was breakfast: it lacked variety and felt low‑quality for a boutique hotel. Nearby bakeries offer great pastries, but the hotel only provides a few bland cold pastries and doesn’t stock enough for everyone—there’s just one loaf of bread for all guests, and once it’s gone, the rest get supermarket‑bagged bread.

“Good but frustrated with poorly designed bedroom”

Location, staff, breakfast. Poorly designed rooms, small rooms and a shower that leaks onto the bedroom floor. Need somewhere to hang wet towels
