“Not up to Wyndham level”

I was hoping for a “real” hot breakfast but got the same simple spread you find at cheaper spots. The photos showed eggs, bacon, juice, and fresh coffee, yet I ended up with instant coffee, a DIY waffle station, and cold cereal.

“Schmutzige Zimmer”

Nothing good. Extremely dirty rooms, very noisy. Dirty bed linen. Dark rooms with hardly any light.

“Comfortable value hotel”

Close to plenty of coffee shops and value dining options. This is a solid example of a budget hotel—comfortable for a few nights. Breakfast choices were limited.

“The place needs a good refresher.”

The location and the fact that it’s on the ground floor were the only positives. The room was in terrible condition; it looked like a renovation had started but wasn’t finished. Baseboards were replaced with smaller ones, yet the uncovered area was torn up. There seemed to be a burn tear in the comforter. Loud guests were just down the hall. Pillows were the size of sofa throw pillows, making sleep very uncomfortable. We left a day early, but they didn’t check us out until the end of the reservation.

I love that they offered a triple king option. It definitely needs some repairs: the trim in the bathroom was practically falling off the wall, and the tub creaked loudly when you climbed in. Just needs some TLC.
