I’m a regular at this hotel, visiting once or twice a year for personal reasons. The first time I had some TV issues that were fixed, but the latest visit had problems with the TV and Chromecast again. The staff were very kind, yet these glitches still cost me time and prevented me from relaxing – thank you.

The former AC, now under the Pestana brand, offers clean, well‑equipped rooms and very helpful staff. We booked an extra parking spot with a charging option, but the wallbox could only be used with a card from a Belgian provider, so we couldn’t charge our car overnight as planned; the €35 fee could have been refunded, but that suggestion wasn’t made.
