The place feels really cozy and the staff are genuinely warm. Hector and his team were always ready to help, making everything easy. I'd definitely point anyone looking for a comfortable stay in this direction.

The room on the first floor was fine, but the ground‑floor unit was a disappointment – the curtains stayed shut the whole time and the breakfast was just average. Also, the hotel is a bit out of the way from the city centre.

Location couldn't be better, and the breakfast was solid enough that I could even grab it to go for an early hike. Everyone on staff was friendly and eager to share tips or help out.
